They were on point and kept me updated when I had an issue with my order. The representative responded quickly, resolved the problem efficiently, and even included an extra binder. I truly appreciated the prompt support. The quality of service is 100%!

Sadly the outside Quality feels cheap, the gold circle is flaking off on delivery, and the logo if crooked... zipper is nice, lots of extra space inside the binder making it larger than needed.

Above all i like the binder. But i wouldnt buy another one...
